Mail In

We offer a 24hr, secure mail-in service. If you’re unable to personally deliver your phone/console to our office, please follow these instructions to get it to us safely.

1. Download Work Order Form and complete it.
2. Wrap up your phone/console using bubble wrap, place it inside a padded bag or box, add the completed Work Order and seal it up.
3. For the complete security of your phone, we recommend you ship it to us either Registered Post (insured) or Express Post Platinum (recommended). Packages can get lost in regular Parcel Post and we are not responsible for your phone until we receive it.
4. Address it to: The iPhone Doctor, Suite 12, 47 Neridah Street. Chatswood NSW 2067.
5. Once your item has been received we will diagnose and ring you with a quote and confirm the repair cost.
6. When repairs are complete, we will return it to you via one of the methods above, so it will require a signature from you at time of delivery. Our express overnight return courier is $10.
