Mailing in your repair...
Request the mailing instructions from here or download from here. Our express return next-day courier (location dependant) is $14 for phones or $18 for larger items. We also offer a free standard return shipping service with delivery expected in 3-5 days. Mail in repairs are usually completed within 24hrs. Once the phone has arrived it will be assessed and a quote provided. Once we have confirmation from the customer, the repair will be completed and you will notified of its completion!
